Less than 24 hours Standby, Fresh Install+Sipdroid, Samsung i897 #727

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh install Stock Rom on Samsung i897
2. Install Sipdroid from Market
3. Airplane mode with wifi only, background data off, wifi notifications off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Before installing sipdroid, I had 5+ days standby with cell radio, background
data and auto-sync on. Now with airplane-mode wifi-only, no background data, no
location services, no notifications and nothing else installed on the phone, my
standby time is roughly 23 hours.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Current stable release of Sipdroid. Stock rom (eclair) on Samsung Captivate.
Also tried with clean install of Cognition 2.2b7 (froyo) with same results.

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
PBXes, incoming and outgoing both work, very well in fact. If I can get standby
to increase with sipdroid it will become a fantastic wifi-only phone.

Which type of network are you using?
Wifi only.

Please provide any additional information below.
Incoming and outgoing calls are great, but I need more than one day of standby
to take the plunge and get rid of my cellular service.

I should add that I'm definitely using TCP with pbxes. Does anyone know why
Keeping wifi on a stable connection for 23 hours while everything sleeps except
sipdroid would drain so much battery? I've also checked my battery usage and
sure enough it's 98% wifi.

Cell radio uses less power than Wifi, has nothing to do with Sipdroid
