Failure to recompile Lollipop TWFramework-res.apk #762

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Decompile TWFramework-res.apk from Samsung Lollipop
2.Recompile
3.Get errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect recompile.  Get errors instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Same error when recompiling framework-res-htc.apk (without modification).
