Tag new release #39

Significant improvements have been made since the last release, v0.7.0. A new version should be tagged. As is, new users and package maintainers may use the last tagged release, thinking it is the latest stable version.

You are right, I'm sorry I don't have much time to work on this project. I just pushed v0.8.0 tag to master. Thanks for your time to open this issue.
