Config changes

• disables Thaumcraft 4 warp effects (crashes on Pojavlauncher)
• add recipe to be able to apply timeless ivy on Boots of the meteor/comet
• dungeons generate in nether and spirit world
• disable smashing rocks (use witchery potions instead)
• remove unusable intermediate OpenBlocks items
• disallow ender chest crafting in the spirit world
• disallow book binder crafting in the spirit world
• Rift storage and Intervention type Ars Magica 2 spells won't work in the spirit world (could break the spirit world or be used to transport items to/from the spirit world)
• disable Wand Focus: Ender Rift (could be used to get items to the spirit world)
