The issue appears to be users trying to use Event Manager in Private / Incognito mode. IT doesn't work for our site. Without investigating thoroughly, it looks as though the issue is that, in private mode, Safari makes it look as though local storage works, but then when the code actually tries to use local storage, it doesn't work. Another possibility, or maybe an additional one, is that cookies don't work. There are other possibilities as well, but it doesn't seem worth it to investigate further. Just don't use private mode.
