Feature Request: XHR withCredentials option #33

Hi, I'm missing the withCredential option for the XHR request. So I added a Pull Request yesterday. Maybe others will find that feature also helpful: https://github.com/kutuluk/loglevel-plugin-remote/pull/32 Would be nice to merge that soonish ;) If there is something else necessary for a release please let me know.
