This closes #18

With this PR, sounds has been added to the game.

If you don't like the sounds, please don't hesitate to change them. There are many free asset sites for sounds.

Known issue : Hot restart causes background sound to be played multiple times.

I did one more commit to not play sounds when a level is initially created.
