HTMLPArser Encode #63

Hello,
  first of all, this is a great library/control.
  Second, I´m trying to use the HTMLPArser but I´m having certain problems
with the charset/Encoding. If I access the IHTMLDocument2.body.innerHTML
the characters are not correct. How can I set the encoding/charset for it
(or the request).
