Document the SQLite extension #167

We added a new SQLite extension here: https://github.com/kuzudb/kuzu/issues/3682

Will reconcile this with #134 that was discussed during the previous release.

@acquamarin the RDBMS extension docs have been reorganized here: https://docs.kuzudb.com/extensions/rdbms/ You can make your additions for the SQLite extension under a new tab group called "SQLite", and use the same structure (8 subheaders and their examples) as used for the other two extensions. Once your finished, let me know and I can test it out.
