Updating Kuzzle documentation site custom endpoint configuration #20

I hope it's okay I skip the template as this is just a request to update the documentation site to include the instructions for using the new custom endpoint mentioned in this repo's readme configuration section. 😊

The kuzzle documentation only mentions region and not endpoint.

PS: The updated custom endpoint potentially completes the enhancement request in #6 so you might be able to close that issue it works. 😉
