Create cabinets based on user roles

Personal dashboards should be created for each type of user roles.

• administrator dashboard should provide access for:
  1. Creating and maintaining main page's content
  2. Creating and maintaining users' dashboard panels
  3. Assigning roles to users
  4. "Debug category" for displaying different logs and debug information
• user dashboard:
  1. Reviewing activity log
  2. Button for Evernote's access which allows archiving encoded and encrypted data in separate notebook
  3. Encryption (?)
