Better Support for Page Up & Down Keys #65

Hello, I've just installed and started using this nice piece of software, today.

Something that I consider as lacking though, is better support for the Page Up and Page Down keys.

In the current version of the program(0.9.2.111), you can't use Page Up or Page Down keys immediately upon invoking Switcheroo by pressing 'Alt+Space Bar'.

At this point, you can only use Up Arrow and Down arrow keys to navigate the list of opened windows.

To use Page Up and Page Down keys, you first to left-click any of the listed windows(and make the as-of-yet grey cursor blue), and only then are you able to jump to the next or previous page with Page Up and Page Down keys.

Could you please make Page Up & Page Down keys available by default without needing an additional mouse click when Switcheroo is invoked?

Sure, I could just use the vertical Arrow Keys, but solely relying on them somehow strains my eyes, that's why I'm requesting this feature.

I would really appreciate it if you could nicely implement this feature in a future version.

I've added that feature along with Home & End keys compatibility as well. Check my fork until if it gets merged in the upstream.
