indecisive resurrect target #11

when corpses are clumped, the automatic resurrection target button seems to jump between 2-3 players like a fast spinning roulette wheel

not sure on how to reproduce

I am sorting by placing resurrecting classes first, but there is no stable sorting. This can be fixed by adding either range or alphabetic sorting. I would also add warlocks/mana classes second/third prio, like Thaliz does.
