buff window keeps popping up for no reason #65

tbc 2022.1.2.75cb the buff window pops up for no reason with nothing to do. i think it happens whenever anyone in raid sits down to drink.

I added this feature recently and i'm really loving it. Tanks also love it. I'll add a checkbox to disable it. Please try 2022.2.1
