Planning cycle-training

1. Show info about cycle-traning (links to Uncle Mish?)
2. create training tracks (1 per trainee), each track needs:
   • skill type
   • a time limit (future #2 : skill increase)
3. assign players to tracks
   • or keep it empty (then skill increase limit can't be chosen)
   • or (future #31 : placeholders)
4. With a table with bars, show the plan (time/track is x/y and bars are divided in skills)
5. (future #32 : allow if trainees > slots and then show info about training rotation)
6. (future #33 : show when it's soon time to switch training or buy something)
