Max stars and last match to link to the actual matches #47

On the player page, make the stars ratings of Max stars and Last match to be links to the matches on the matches pages.

I like this a lot. The match updates are separate because of the risk of taking to long updating. Could you combine them?

It's actually already combined, but the "get matches" button still there :P I'll remove it.
