Question about how to use plugin in z2m #1

Hi, I discover your plugin in an issue and it's what i was looking for. I'm not a coder so it's not commented enough in the doc of z2m to install a plugin, furthermore i am on docker.

Can you help me ? where can i put your plugin and where can i put the config file for ID ?

I'm sorry, was a little bit busy. I will write some notes/doc this weekends.

No problem, I succeed with the telegram one by placing it directly in a path and specify this path in zwavejs2mqtt. Thx for your work.
