Upgrade to extjs 4.1 #10

You might like to pull some fixes to make your really great plugin work with extjs 4.1.

Thank you so much for this work. I am in the process of integrating these right now. Unfortunately due to the backlog of pull requests (a fortunate problem to have!) this can't be auto-merged in, so I am closing this pull request. I have however merged all of your helpful work over and am in the process of testing everything against 4.1 now.
