Update documentation for users new to Python and/or LaTeX #11

Include sections in the documentation for:

  1. How to download and install Python, and install dependencies for the project.
  2. How to either: (a) Download/install LaTeX and use it to generate .pdfs locally, or (b) Use Overleaf to generate .pdfs online.

Comment from Kathleen: "While it does take a little bit of knowledge (e.g. if you're going to format an equation in the text), it is truly minimal (e.g. you could always substitute an image taken from something edited in a different software)... and then the actual generation of the LaTeX document is easy if you just upload to Overleaf and use the right settings."

More info from Kathleen: she just had one Overleaf project, which she then uploaded all .tex files to as they were generated. She also points out (re my question about whether it's annoying to maintain consistency between images in google drive / local disk / overleaf) that images don't actually need to live in gdrive at all.
