Add support for SQLAlchemy 1.4

Add SQLAlchemy 1.4 to test matrices
Change postgres dialect to postgresql in tests on SQLAlchemy 1.4 to fix the following exception:

sqlalchemy.exc.NoSuchModuleError: Can't load plugin: sqlalchemy.dialects:postgres
Fix AttributeError: type object 'Base' has no attribute '_decl_class_registry' error on SQLAlchemy 1.4
Update Flask-SQLAlchemy to 2.5.1 in tests. Flask-SQLAlchemy 2.5.0 added support for SQLAlchemy 1.4
Disable SQLALCHEMY_TRACK_MODIFICATIONS in tests to suppress the following warnings:

FSADeprecationWarning: SQLALCHEMY_TRACK_MODIFICATIONS adds significant overhead and will be disabled by default in the future. Set it to True or False to suppress this warning.

The PRs above were merged, so I rebased this with master and this is now ready for review.
