Safety check failure: vulnerability ID 42194 #556

Hi, since 1. November my safety check fails because of found vulnerability in the package. Seems that it was found in version 0.27.0 and still not fixed - https://pyup.io/changelogs/sqlalchemy-utils/ . I use python safety package for checks. Please help :)

For some reason safety seems to have recently discovered https://github.com/kvesteri/sqlalchemy-utils/issues/166
