Addons, small bugs and UPC tutorials

New src/addons folder for non-RINA specific stuff (new channels, data injectors, etc.)
Corrected small bugs in the sim (N to N-1 QoS in RA, uniforms calls to omnet5.0 format, etc.)
Added UPC tutorials for DC Routing and DeltaQ scheduling
Removed or edited old examples

Successfully merged. Demo scenarios seem operational as expected but additional scenario review is definitely needed. So far please ignore wrong fingerprint values, we will correct them in upcoming commit.

I will check some next week if the PC ends the current simulations. PD. Don't try to add fingerprints to the Tutorial on congestion, those examples are hours long each config.
