Authentication system #18

Guess this is a feature request. An authentication system so ppl can "login" to the bot. Maybe even with a group system. And then the possibility to limit commands to people or groups of people. Kind of like the system Q has on QuakeNet i guess

Well, personally, I don't really see the use case for this as I can't imagine what kind of module suitable for this bot could require that. But as always, patches are welcome, so if someone implements this and creates a pull request, I'm sure we'll pull it in :)
