secure webservice call failed 'IOException: Relative Path' #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press SignIn button
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a message box with 'login pin code'.
a message box with "JAVA.IO.IOException: Relative Path L BMS_WS/Service.asmx"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Explorer. 2.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.
This code is working on emulator and NEXUS 4.

when using unsecure call it works fine everywhere.

same thing happening to me in certain devices. Is there any solution?
