What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Request a wsdl with Reliable Messaging implementation
2. Exception added

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ksoap android 2 should support reliable messaging

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using ksoap2-android-assembly-3.2.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar

Please provide any additional information below.

Feel free to provide a pull request with the necessary changes to make it 
happen. I have no means of implementing or testing it.
