Integrate attribute patch #4

It would be nice if the node attribute patch could be integrated into the 
ksoap2 Android builds. 
Perhaps attributes can be solved today by writing your own marhals, but the 
patch seems to 
simplify the procedure a lot.

Ignore this issue. I just saw that the patches are already in the git 
repository.

FYI: I was never very happy with the solution that patch provided.  As I 
recall, it
was incomplete, though it's been a while so my memory's a bit fuzzy.

You won't likely see it make it into a release here-- at least not in that 
form.  In
the project I was working on that used this library, I went ahead and used 
marshals.

I've been thinking a bit lately about some other solutions.  Maybe I'll actually
implement one of them at some point.
