Limit of 12 columns for Table #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include more than 12 columns

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot show any columns when added more than 12

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.1.1 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem, and the only thing I could think of was to join two 
tables, one with 12 columns and one with what I needed to.

I see the same issue in Pencil 2.0.3 (Windows 7). After I added more than 13 
columns the table disappers. I think priority should be set to major

Could we know when this problem could be solved? it's blocking and need to 
create two bonded tables.

There is an existing patch for this, I will test it on my fork to see if it 
still works, but instead of allowing infinite columns, it just ups the limit to 
20. 

Is that enough or should I look into allowing infinite columns?
