Overall size of an object is adjusted a little when resizing only one direction #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a rectangle or another object to the page
2. Resize it using shift button (more precise)
3. Then resize the same object but only one direction (for example Vertical)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What is expected: The second horizontal proportion stays as it is
What I see: The second horizontal proportion is adjusted a little (by grid?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
If I adjust one direction of the object size, the second direction is
adjusted too. So I must set the second direction to previous position.
