Appveyor builds but the deploy step fails, maybe one of the files is needed to upload artifacts to nightly.kvirc.net?

No, that looks like timeout of 1h. Probably we're just below it usually, and this built went slightly above it

I see it succeeded.

Btw, PRs don't upload anything to nightly. To get the artifact from PR build, look directly at github actions and/or appveyor
