Notifier/alert ignore events from certain channels #360

Reported by jared.harder on 01 Feb 2009 05:57:46 UTC I've set up the notifier to alert me only when actual messages are sent to a channel, not join/part messages or other automated messages. However, there are still some channels that I use that I do not want to be notified with every little human message, but only want to know what's going on when I want to.

The main events I'm concerned about hiding are the taskbar notifier and the channel highlighting in the channel/server list.

Would it be possible to implement a black or white list to prevent certain channels or even entire servers from triggering the notifier?
