Feature request: better support for Nuki Opener #107

Would it be possible to get the state of the doorbell (like if someone rings it) and trigger the bell from Home Assistant? I don't have a Nuki Opener yet, I was interested in buying one but I see that there is no info on the doorbell through the official integration nor through this one, only the lock entity is provided. Since Nuki uses this information in her app (for example to open the door when you ring the doorbell), I wondered if you considered pulling those informaiton to use them in HA.

Thank you for the awesome work and effort on this integration, I currently use it with my Nuki Lock

This integration provides an entity binary_sensor.nuki_haustur_ring_action, apparently it's not in the readme. Works like a charm.
