Add 'who initiated a change in lockstate' via WebAPI #37

Phuturist found a workaround te see who's initiated a change in lockstate via the WebAPI (and setup automations with that info). Is it possible to integrate this in the integration?

Hmm, as polling is the only option available here, it won't be very reliable, but I can give a try
