Get UserAgent for API requests from .env file #12

It would be wonderful if you knew all of that hindsight stuff while making the program right? Well this is one of those kind of things. Since the UserAgent is specific to a specific user's API application it doesn't make sense that it is a string in the source code as it makes it harder to edit....... It also makes it so that editable information for the user is in different locations instead of easy to reach ones. Not only that but if they get updates to the program it will overwrite any such useragent they might have entered.........
