WANTED: list of Clinics that uses twitter. #11

We need a list of clinic that uses twitter service to tweet their waiting time not only in Saskatchewan but also in different area.

Also we need to ask question to ourselves wether we what all the clinic that uses twitter to automatically registered in our system or not.

I would say no to including them automatically. Feels like writing unnecessary code, which is also very prone to stuff. what if we have a fake clinic, how do we distinguish such one? what is the feature vector of a clinic? a name? seems like an unnecessary hassle. I'd put this for way later

the list of clinics outside of saskatchewan.

I don't know if it's just me being cautious but I'd prefer to keep things little low for now. We are not too much outside of saskatoon now, so seeking such clinics around canada may give an idea of what to do to a lot of people. in result we create unnecessary competition.

I'd go for staying low now and quietly exploring saskatoon and edmonton (our tentacles reach that). once we have presentable production version we hit the clinics.
