The README was a bit of a mess, this commit simplifies it to get to the point and also adds DynamoDB mention. The separate LICENSE file for documentation is removed but we retain the original code LICENSE. There is no tangible documentation here so I don't see the point of keeping this distinction. This is making things more awkward.
