Throwing Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred

After implementing the plugin on CakePHP 1.3.7 when attempting to view a resource as .json or .xml the app throws "An Internal Error Has Occurred".

Is this an issue with my configuring the app incorrectly and, if so, what did I miss?

I did not have the rest_log table set. once set everything worked fine.
