Show features that would be granted by a purchase

Probably more of an enhancement- when user opens Children of the Aelflame (aelthen breed trait) to evaluate it for purchase, there is no link to the boon bonds perk text. But once the user has purchased it, that link appears. Being able to easily view the details of Boon Bonds would probably be MORE useful when deciding whether to take it than when opening an existing trait.

Making the Granted Features display work before the feature is taken is probably the right thing to do here for the general case, but for the moment? I can just add a hyperlink in the description.
