Integrate award record calculations

Logistics can mark a character as having attended an event, which will update the PlayerRecord associated with their account and the campaign.

Also, a variety of other things that probably should have been split out:

• Use the computed metadata in the character editor, when present.
• Don't allow the "Set Attributes" feature to be used with campaign-bound characters.
• Don't allow campaign characters to be deleted. Instead, mark them discarded.
• Don't allow most character editor actions on discarded characters.
• Don't display discarded characters in most contexts.
• Track the number of events PC'd by a player/character, and display whether a player/character is "new" based on that.
