Include XR Workbench in FreeCAD Addon Manager #3

Link requesting the addition of this workbench in to Addon Manager.

Adding 3rd party python deps need to be made here: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-addons/blob/master/ALLOWED_PYTHON_PACKAGES.txt
