add test directory and update shell script to remove it on setup #197

using `add_import_path' within your config.rb in a testing directory only seems to work for compass extensions.

closing here for now until a better testing workflow can be found.

move Archetype directories into new sass/ directory. then use the config.rb already in repo and just run compass watch within "Archetype" directory.

update install instructions and setup-script to reflect this change.
