Annotation and Nav sliders:

a. add slider header title and close button b. space the the sliders so that header title and close button is revealed on scroll c. link styles for navigation slider d. BG color for sliders e. list styling for annotation slider f. style docs layout - integrate singlularity (don't forget responsive typography)
