IEP hangs on startup on Window 7 PC where I do not have admin rights #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download latest IEP 3.2 beta, or dev version of Pyzo
2. Run IEP
3. IEP logo is shown, tools are loaded, shell is empty.

If I comment the line that makes the default shell being launched, IEP starts 
as normal. When you then start a new shell, IEP hangs.

Firewell stops us when creating a socket?

WTF

And now everything works again...  I also had a problem that whenever I used 
the right mouse button in the explorer, it would freeze. That problem is gone 
too.

I guess the corporate security app updated itself or something...
