Default Shell Configurations dialogue has Cancel button highlighted by default #216

Expected: "Done" button highlighted.

That being said: There's a difference between the default handling of dialogues
in Windows and KDE and in GNOME: The former usually have an option for
approving ("Ok", "Continue", "Save" etc.) and an option for cancelling
("Cancel", "Abort" etc.), and only after approving settings are saved (unless
there's a third option - "Apply" - that would save without closing); the latter
usually has a single button ("Done", "Close" etc.) and saves settings on the
fly. IEP generally follows the Windows/KDE convention, the "Shell
configurations" dialogue being to a degree the odd one out, having a "cancel"
and "done" button combination in this order.
