Article summaries truncate after one line due to table of contents or other Wikipedia article elements #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for 'serenity'

Resulting article summary is
'Serenity may refer to:'

This is weird behavior - article summaries should not be sentence fragments
like this.

Marking this as milestone notassigned since it's not a stretch feature.

This is actually "correct" behavior, in that the summary text is only supposed
to include the introductory paragraph of text, and in these cases this is all
that is in the introductory paragraph.

But it's incorrect behavior in that we can design around these edge cases for a
more elegant result.
