Building off the logic of the last Slack auto invite merge request, this one will automatically send an email to Mailman to subscribe new members to the Announce and Members mailing lists. Unfortunately, Mailman will still require moderators to approve new member subscriptions, but it should save future member coordinators a few clicks and copy+pasting all those email addresses.
