feat(New Member Application): Add full name to mailto link #32

Currently I am copy pasting email and name separately to make sure the name of the candidate is clear in the email. This change allows me to click on the email link and have the name auto populate.

Are you sure you didn’t copy my bash history or something because I did the same thing to fix new member image upload. 😄
