chore(CI): add phpunit to CI #46

Heh I ran into this. I just ran composer update and it worked out fine.

:sweat_smile: well I've got to say I'm a little embarrassed this took so long. I probably should have done a little more learning about github actions earlier in the process. I found out the default runner actually comes with A LOT of stuff pre-installed.
