allow user to save searched cities to localStorage using the save button
when page is refreshed, keep searched cities in list bar

Haven't been able to store the results. Possibly want to store individual pet cards to display under saved results.

Allows user to save the card into the saved pet list however, it is not persistent. The container will clear when the user refreshes or closes page. Won't be deleted as long as user continues to search on the page
