linter is failing to fire #4

I've done everything I thought I needed to in order to receive textDocument/publishDiagnostics requests - but I'm not receiving 'em. :-(

Leaving this open until https://github.com/kwerle/ruby_language_server/issues/7 is fixed - but the fix will happen there, not here.
