Have some secret keyboard cheat codes that do useful things, like cause an activation function powerup to drop.

Having this mechanism in place can also be a useful way to prototype art changes that we don't have a UI for yet, such as switching between RGB and HSV

Partial - some shortcuts were added before the creation of the debug console. In the process of unifying them so the feature can be toggled on and off at build time.
